Persona 3 Dual

Team Rules & Workflow

To ensure this remains a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for everyone, the team leads have created the following rules:

Hate speech, racism, bigotry, bullying, and elitism are strictly prohibited. Treat all members with respect.

  • No Excuses: We do not accept defences like "it was just a joke" or "I was being ironic."
  • Respect Boundaries: If a member asks you to stop an interaction or behaviour, you must comply immediately.

2. Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment & NSFW Content

Section titled “2. Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment & NSFW Content”

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual behaviour.

  • Unwanted Sexualization: Sending unsolicited sexually suggestive content, sexual jokes, inappropriate comments, any images or depictions of intimacy, or making unwelcome sexual advances is strictly prohibited.
  • Consequence: There are no warnings or second chances for this. If you are caught violating this rule, you will receive an instant, permanent ban.

Any sexual content, grooming, or inappropriate conduct involving anyone & especially those under the age of majority (18) is strictly forbidden. This is a severe violation that will result in an immediate, permanent ban and, if necessary, a report to Discord Trust & Safety.

4. Keep Controversial/Sensitive Topics Out

Section titled “4. Keep Controversial/Sensitive Topics Out”

Please avoid discussing highly sensitive or unnecessarily divisive topics (such as politics). Use common sense to keep the environment friendly and focused.

While occasional swearing is not strictly banned, please keep it to a minimum. We have younger members in the community, so try to avoid excessive, targeted, or gratuitous profanity whenever it is avoidable.

Please only select team roles from the #roles channel if you want to help with the project.

For general rule violations (e.g., swearing, off-topic politics), you will receive a warning. Repeated or intentional violations will result in being kicked or banned from the server. (Note: As stated above, violations regarding sexual misconduct or minors bypass warnings and result in an immediate ban).

By participating in this server, you agree to abide by these rules. The moderation team (team leads) reserves the right to enforce these rules at their discretion.

If you can't respect these rules, then you're getting a few warnings, then kicked from the server if we see repeated intentional behaviour.

  • Try to keep conversations within the server as much as possible

We are not liable for any issues that occur via DMs

To better distribute tasks on the P3D project, we have different teams as mentioned in the roles page. Each team has its dedicated team lead, which everyone in the respective team reports to, while team leads report to project leader TheBossT.

Most team communication happens on Discord, in the respective team's lounge. This does not include PR reviews for Dev teams. We highly encourage everyone to write an update on your current task once in a while and ask about any issues & questions that may have appeared, sharing it with the team leads. As per our DM rules, team leads should only be pinged in the respective team's lounge, never DM'ed.

  • Keep your team's leader updated on your tasks, either through Discord or the GitHub issue (so they know what you're doing)
  • Stick & commit to your assigned tasks. This means once you have a task, actually see it through, and don't abandon it without telling anyone.
  • If you've realized that you cannot handle a task, or you need to discuss/adjust something, then we can happily talk about that (& we encourage that you contact your team lead ASAP!)

We encourage discussing opinions, ideas and decisions with the team so that we can find optimal solutions, however, in the end, there will be times when people have different ideas & opinions, and ultimately there will be decision(s) that not everybody will agree with. We can have a difference of opinion, but that does not remove the fact that you need to respect other people's decisions.

More concretely, this means:

  • You need to accept (come to terms with) their decision
  • Do not complain/fight over it
  • Do not try to stir chaos (or go against their decision)
  • NOTE: if anything above is seen in the Discord, we will simply delete their comments, and repeat offences might lead to further action.

If you cannot respect other people's decisions, then we will simply not have you contribute (or accept) any tasks.
