Hello, my name is Migbuild (@migbuild1911 on Discord), and I am the Team Leader for the Video Team!
What We Do
Section titled “What We Do”The video team is responsible for creating various videos needed for the project (promo videos, tutorials, etc.) and is also responsible for video conversion/compression (for in-game videos)
Contributions
Section titled “Contributions”The process of assigning tasks is self-directed. You'll need to select a task from the GitHub Project Board from the “Ready” tab & assign yourself. Sometimes, team leads will ask you to do some issues as well.
Once you have finished, please share the completed video to the #video-lounge for feedback. Once we've given the OK, you can upload the files to the Video team’s folder in Google Drive.
Make sure that you strictly follow the Roadmap. If you want to work on an issue that isn’t on the roadmap, make sure you get approval from the team lead (migbuild1911) or the project lead (thebosst). If you want to work on an issue that IS on the Roadmap, find the associated GitHub issue! If you can’t find it, feel free to make a new issue under the “New” tab.
All Video team members are required to read Video Team Reference & Art Standards.
AI Usage Policy
Section titled “AI Usage Policy”- There will be NO usage of Generative AI within the Video Team. Anyone found to be using it for the project will be kicked from the team, and have their contributions removed.

Graphics & Compositing: Adobe After Effects / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
Audio Editing: DaVinci Fairlight / Adobe Audition / Ableton Live/ REAPER/ Fl Studio
Container & Codec: MP4 / H.264
Frame Rate: [24fps / 30fps / 60fps] (Stick to one standard across the project)
Target Bitrate:
1080p (16:9): 15–20 Mbps
1080p Vertical (9:16): 10–12 Mbps
4K: 45–60 Mbps
